A fun, free, informal get-together held on the second Monday of each month, 7-9pm. This event is for mums-to-be and their partners, close friends or families – whoever is by your side for the pregnancy journey! The idea is to surround yourself with friendly faces and just the right amount of information to make your 9-months go as smoothly as possible.
BUMP Club is a chance to meet other mums-to-be, and to create friendships that will be invaluable once baby arrives. Each month we will invite a few people to come and talk about support that’s available locally – from hospital maternity services, to private antenatal classes – even pregnancy pilates teachers to tell you how to look after yourselves. We’ll also have a few new mums around to chat to you about ‘the realities’ of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. We want you to have the ‘real conversations’ that are important to you creating the pregnancy and birth experience that’s right for you. There are no stupid questions, and there is definitely no judgement – whatever choices you make have to be right for you and your family.
BUMP Club is totally free – but the coffee machine will be on and there’ll be tasty cake to enjoy if you’re feeling peckish! Please pop an email to Lee@thenestlowfell.com if you’re planning to join us x
[BUMP Club is one of three ‘Real Parenting Clubs’ launched by The Nest in 2017 – to help parents connect, make friends, share giggles and support each other through the tricky bits. After BUMP Club comes BABBA Club, followed by TODDLE Club.]
